2. Lawyer Christopher Brigeman and New Jersey workers compensation Judge Diana Montes.

After my Lawyer Richard Marcolus filed to be removed as my lawyer, he was removed.

After he created this huge and ongoing problem he leaves the case? Fine, so lets continue.

I now start corresponding directly with the insurance company lawyer.

He confirms in his emails that a settlement agreement exists, and also that, the delay is coming from his side and not me.

Which is important because later a different Judge, Judge Ashley Hutchinson from New Brunswick vicinage would later attempt to make me the blame for the delay.

So this is documented as well, and these Judges have all the evidence I’m posting. They have all the evidence they need to adjudicate this case, but refuse to do so … instead continue to violate my due process right.

But I’ll go on explaining.

Well ok fine, the emails say what they say …

So why does anyone need me for anything?

So Judge Diana Montes, the same Judge that told me to get the letter from my Doctor so the case could be finalized … this same Judge now tells me, after she excuses my Lawyer Rickard Marcolus from the case (knowing he participated in creating a non-consent Medicare Set Aside Annuity) she knew this and excused him from the case and didn’t ask for any explanation.

This same Judge now tells me after she excuses him from the case that, that I can’t receive the section 20 settlement without a lawyer? what?

Ok now is this proper procedure?

Do all pro-se litigants have to go through this clear chaos of administration, or only do the disabled people get the privilege of this obvious mis-conduct?

Again I follow her directive and I get another lawyer.

Needless to say how this evolved but … I will show you.
